ReakTalk is safe place to make new friends around the world. Heres how it works:
1) Everyone has a conversation starter, which is just a simple question. Respond anonymously to other conversation starters with a short video message.
2) The videos are pixelated so its less about how you look and more about what youre saying.
3) When you get a new video message, you can reply with another video to continue the conversation.
4) Once you get to know someone by exchanging 10 videos, youre friends and you can chat! As friends, you can also un-pixelate the video and use the back camera.
